    [ingredients]
    100g rolled oats
    750ml - 1L water
    [instructions]
    1. soak the oats in water for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
    2. drain the oats and rinse them. discard the soaking water.
    3. add the oats to 750 - 1L clean water to a blender and blend until smooth.
    4. strain the milk using a cheesecloth, strainer, or nut bag.
    5. store refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 5 days.
